Our story begins in 2004 - when an award-winning baker had a vision of leveraging his craft to create unparalleled products and exceptional experiences in Minneapolis.  Nearly a decade and a half later, nothing has wavered.  We continue to provide our community with a warm, casual space to connect and enjoy remarkable, artful, intentional pastries, bread, desserts, as well as coffee and cafe fare. 

Our bakers use old world techniques that have been perfected over time. We conscientiously source the finest ingredients - working to partner with local farmers and vendors.
